Ingredients (10)

1.00 avocado — diced
50.00 g gouda cheese — diced
2.00 spring onion — chopped
60.00 g peanuts — unsalted, chopped
125.00 ml yoghurt — natural
5.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce — a few drops
salt
freshly ground black pepper
cucumber — sliced

Method:

Lightly combine the avocado, Gouda cheese, spring onions and peanuts. Add the yoghurt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste and mix. Spoon onto side plates, garnish with cucumber slices and serve with toast.
Serves 2.
