Method

 
Heat oil and sauté onions and peppers until soft. Add tomato paste and sauté until golden brown. Add red wine, cook for 5 minutes and set aside. Brown mince in a saucepan and season with salt and pepper. When cooked add onion mixture. Prepare base by mixing flour, salt, yeast and sugar. Mix olive oil and warm water and add to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and knead for 5 minutes, or until pliable. Leave to prove until double in size. Knead again and roll out into pizza shape. Spread tomato paste on dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for about 10 minutes. Spoon cooked mince onto pizza base. Arrange sliced avocado on top of mince, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes. Serve with a salad.
