Avocado dip (guacamole)

    tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 45
    ml
    chopped coriander leaves (dhania)
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    green chilli, seeded and chopped
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    lemon, juice
  • 2
    large avocados
  • 400
    g
    tortilla chips
 

Method

 
Mix the tomato with the coriander leaves, onion, chilli, salt and lemon juice. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and dice the flesh or mash it with a fork. Blend with the tomato mixture and serve with the chips. Serves 10.
