Avocado and salami on rye

    slices rye bread, toasted

    butter
  • 16
    slices salami
  • 2
    small avocados, peeled, stoned and sliced into rings
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • sea salt and milled black pepper
  • 8
    black olives, stoned and sliced
  • 1
    medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 12
    sprigs rocket
 

Method

 
Spread rye bread toasts with butter. Layer salami on top. Add 3-4 avocado rings to each. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sea salt and freshly milled pepper. Sprinkle olives over, then onion slices and rocket.
