    Tbs
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    Tbs
    tomato Sauce
  • 1
    tsp
    lemon juice
  • glug of Worcester sauce
  • A shake of Tabasco, or some Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 60
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 1
    avocado
  • 8
    prawns
 

Method

10 mins
 
Make sauce and chill in fridge.
Sauté prawns quickly in butter; toss in a glug of whisky and flambé them.
Add them with the juices to the sauce.
