    g
    jelly in different colours
  • 30
    ml
    gelatine
  • 125
    ml
    cold water
  • 397
    g
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 375
    ml
    boiling water
  • whipped cream (optional)
 

Method

 
Prepare the jelly in separate dishes as described on the packet and leave to set. Cut into squares and place in a large dish. Chill until needed. Sprinkle the gelatine over the cold water and soak until spongy. Heat until melted. Mix the condensed milk and boiling water and add the sponged gelatine. Leave to cool, but do not allow to set. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the jelly squares and chill until set. Decorate with whipped cream if desired. Serves 6-8.
