Augustine's oriental stir-fry

    spiral noodles
  • 30

    olive oil
  • 2
    chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1
    green pepper, sliced
  • 150
    g
    broccoli, cut into flowerets
  • 2
    carrots, cut into strips
  • 45
    ml
    soya sauce
 

Method

 
Prepare noodles as directed on the packet. Keep warm. Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Add chicken, onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked. Return noodles to pan and heat through. Serve with a green salad.
