Ingredients (8)

3 garlic — cloves, choped
1 onion — medium, chopped
1 pine nuts
2 asparagus — packet, woolworths
1 lemon — zest and juice
fresh chillies — 573
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 parmesan cheese — grated

Method:

Lightly
sauté the onion and garlic in some olive oil until the onions become translucent,
and then put aside.
Roast pine nuts in a pan until they brown, being careful
not to let them burn.
Steam the asparagus stems for 2 minutes, and then add the
tips, steam for another minute.
Then blend
onion, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan, lemon rind, lemon juice with steamed asparagus,
adding salt, pepper and more olive oil to taste.
Serve with
fusilli.
