Asparagus cheezas

    small onion, finely chopped

    butter
  • 30
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 125

    Camembert cheese, finely grated
  • 10
    asparagus spears
  • 10
    slices rye bread
  • paprika (optional)
 

Method

3-5 min
 
Sauté the onion in the butter until soft. Cool slightly and blend with the mayonnaise and egg yolk. Add the finely grated cheese and mix. Place an asparagus spear on each slice of bread and spoon a little of the cheese mixture over it. Turn on the oven grill and place the snacks beneath it. Grill until the cheese has just melted. Sprinkle with a little paprika if desired and serve immediately. Makes 10 cheezas.
