Asian-style chilli and ginger dipping sauce

    knob/s fresh ginger

    brown sugar
  • 45
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 2
    limes (juice)
  • 45
    ml
    water
 

Method

 
Mix ingredients together and pour into a small dipping bowl.
If stored in a sealed container, the sauce will last for up to one week in the fridge.
