Artichoke and green bean pesto on bruschetta

    can marinated artichokes, drained
  • 4
    garlic cloves, peeled
  • 250
    g
    green beans, blanched
  • 150
    g
    macadamia nuts
  • 50
    g
    fresh basil
  • 60
    ml
    (4 tbsp) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice, to taste
 

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process to make a thick pesto. Keep covered in the fridge and eat on torn pieces of warm toasted ciabatta.
