Apricot spread

Ingredients

  • 125
    ml
    dried apricots, stewed until soft
  • 10
    ml
    honey
  • 100
    g
    margarine
 

Method

 
Purée the apricots in a food processor until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill until needed. Serve with crumpets (see recipe). Makes about 200 ml spread.
