    g
    butter
  • 30
    ml
    smooth apricot jam
  • 225
    g
    rolled oats
  • 50
    g
    dried apricots, chopped
 

Method

 
1. Melt butter and apricot jam. 2. Stir in the rolled oats and the dried apricots and press the mixture into a shallow 20 cm round cake tin. 3. Bake at 180 ºC for 30 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges, allow to cool in the tin. Break into wedges.
