  • 180
    g
    butter
  • 90
    ml
    golden syrup
  • 75
    g
    dried apricots, cut into small pieces
  • 2
    ml
    ground cinnamon
  • 100
    g
    puffed rice
  • 50
    g
    diced almonds
 

Method

 
Heat the butter and golden syrup until the butter is melted. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well and spoon into fairly large paper cups. Chill until just before serving. Makes about 30 fairly large drops.
