    chicken stock

    spanish smoked paprika

    lemon juice

    extra-virgin olive oil

    cucumber, chopped

    soft eating apricots, sliced
 

Method

20 mins
 
Soak the bulgar wheat in apricot juice and chicken stock until soft and plump.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
