Method

45 min
 

Voorverhit oond tot 180 °C.
Meng appelskyfies, bruinsuiker, kaneel, suurlemoenskil en sout saam.
Skep in 'n gesmeerde tertbord (25 cm).
Versprei karamel lepelsgewys oor appels in tertbord en maak effens gelyk met die agterkant van 'n eetlepel.

Berei bolaag:
Meng hawermout, bruinsuiker, meel en sout saam.
Vryf botter in met vingerpunte en voeg pekanneute by.
Skep oor tert en laat toe dat dit effens tussen die appels inval.
Bak vir 45 minute tot goudbruin.
Sit louwarm voor saam met geklopte room.
