Chop up the
sausages and fry in a medium heat pan until golden.
any oil or butter as the sausages are oily enough.
nicely browned add the onion marmalade.
the onion marmalade coats all the sausage and let it cook slowly.
openings in the sausage and marmalade and crack an egg into each.
with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and top with the cheese.
pan to help the eggs cook (usually once the tops of the eggs have turned opaque).
Slide everything out of the pan onto two hot, buttered pieces of toast.
