    small button mushrooms

    ml
    olive oil
  • 18
    peppadews, cut into halves
  • 36
    calamata olives
  • 24
    cocktail viennas
  • 5
    ml
    parsley, chopped
 

Method

 
Wipe mushrooms with a paper towel.
In a frying pan heat oil, add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Arrange all the ingredients in a platter and sprinkle peppadews with parsley.
Serve as a starter.
