Anchovies with olives

  • 50
    g
    anchovy fillets
  • 100
    g
    black olives
  • 65
    ml
    olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1
    lemon, juice and rind
 

Method

 
Place the anchovy fillets and olives in small containers. Pour over olive oil. Season well with freshly ground black pepper.
Add the rind and 15 ml of the lemon juice and mix well.
