After dinner caramel cups

Ingredients

  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate
  • 30
    small paper cases
  • 100
    ml
    double toffee fudge sauce
  • 40
    g
    butter
  • 30
    ml
    cream
  • 15
    ml
    cocoa powder
  • 50
    g
    white chocolate
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Melt the dark chocolate.
Spray the paper cases with non-stick spray.
Pour 10 ml melted chocolate into each paper case and use a small brush to make sure the inside is covered completely with the chocolate. Chill until set.
Combine the sauce, butter and cream in a saucepan and stir over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and beat until smooth, then set aside to cool.
Spoon caramel mixture into the chocolate cups and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

TO SERVE:
Peel off the paper case, dust with cocoa or drizzle with melted white chocolate and serve as a special treat with coffee after dinner.
