500.00 g baby potatoes
2.00 pepper — mixed bell
60.00 ml pesto
45.00 ml olyfolie
15.00 ml white wine vinegar
Sout en Vars Gemaalde Swartpeper
0.00 rocket
2.00 tuna — tinned in oil

Method:

Kook baba-aartappeltjies in net genoeg soutwater om te bedek tot net-net gaar.
Rooster intussen die soetrissies onder ‘n voorverhitte element en trek die skilletjies af (of gebruik gebottelde soetrissierepies).
Sny die geroosterde soetrissies in repies.
Klits 60 ml pesto, 45 ml olyfolie en 15 ml wit wynasyn saam en geur met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper.
Halveer gedreineerde aartappeltjies en meng dit deur terwyl nog warm.
Voeg soetrissierepies by asook roket en twee blikke gedreineerde tuna in olie.
Voeg tuna laaste by en meng versigtig om nie die tunastukke te fyn te breek nie. Sit voor.
