A slice of dreamy chocolate

Ingredients

  • 300
    g
    70% dark chocolate, melted
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 30
    ml
    rum
  • 125
    ml
    nougat, chopped
  • 2
    Crunchie bars, chopped
  • cocoa powder for dusting
 

Method

 
Line a loaf tin with clingwrap and set aside.
Stir chocolate and cream together. Add the rum, nougat and Crunchie, and stir through.
Pour into the prepared loaf tin and place in the fridge.
Leave to set for a few hours.
Slice and serve with glasses of chilled dessert wine or Pierre Jourdan Ratafia, a chardonnay blended with brandy.
