A decadent peanut butter, caramel fudge and almond praline treat.

Ingredients (13)

2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla — extract
10 tsp peanut butter
Peanut butter icing:
125 g butter
125 g icing sugar
1 Tbs cream
4 Tbs peanut butter

Method:

Sift all of your dry ingredients into your mixer bowl.
Add the eggs – and all of the wet ingredients with the exception of the peanut butter and mix well.
Fill cupcake cups half full with the cupcake mixture then add a tsp of peanut butter and top up with the mixture.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.

Peanut butter icing
Cream the butter until white and fluffy with your whisk attachment to your mixer
Add the icing sugar, peanut butter and cream and whisk together.
Ice you cupcakes generously with the peanut butter icing and decorate with shards of almond praline and squares of caramel fudge. Sprinkle on edible glitter for extra bling.
