What do your weekend mornings look like? We recommend you brew a pot of coffee or tea and simply enjoy the small pleasures of life like a homemade rusk. This recipe is flecked with homemade muesli - so you're scoring on health points!



Not eating meat? Or have friends who are vegan? Impress them with this take on a good old hotdog! Instead of a traditional sausage, you're going to re-construct it by roasting a nutritious carrot. Try it. You won't be disappointed. 





Asparagus and Parma ham salad with fig vinaigrette just screams, Summer doesn't it?! A light but extremely delicious meal. 






Now this recipe is a winner! Cheese and herb rolls are the ultimate weekend carb bombs. Stuff them with loads of salted butter ad extra cheese. 





No time to slave over the stove? Throw together a hearty chicken casserole loaded with gorgeous healthy veggies and chickpeas. We recommend you add some chilli to add a kick but you can totally leave that out if you don't do spicy food. 





Are you ready for dessert? Because this one's a stunner. A strawberry and pistachio tart (adapted from the wonderful Ottolenghi), calls for macerated strawbs layered on a pillow of smooth vanilla pastry cream. The ultimate Summer pudding.
