Method:

Prepare ROYCO® sauce as per instructions on pack.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a jug whisk together the eggs, milk and Royco® sauce.

Lightly oil the base and sides of an ovenproof dish. Toss in the butternut and pepper and pour over the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and firm in the centre.
