    cup
    maize meal or polenta
  • 1
    cup
    gluten-free flour
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1
    Tbs
    sugar or honey
  • 1
    cup
    milk
  • 1
    tsp
    baking powder
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Grease muffin pan.

Large bowl - add Corn meal, gluten-free flour mix, 2 eggs, sugar, baking powder and milk.

Cut viennas into 6 portions each.

Add the viennas to the centre of the muffins and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
