Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.
Stir-fry onion over high heat for 3 - 4 min, add garlic and stir-fry for 1 min.
Add vegetables and sugar.
Stir-fry for a further 2 - 3 min.
Stir in the Mini Viennas and season.
Cook noodles according to instructions and add to the stir-fry.Options
Use pre-prepared stir-fry vegetables.
Add soya sauce for a richer flavour.
