Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Remove the sausages from their casings and break into small pieces. Add to the frying pan and stir to brown well. Reduce the heat and fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Stir into the vegetables and season to taste.Cook the gnocchi according to the pack instructions. Remove with a slotted spoon and dish up into bowls. Top with the sausage and vegetable mixture.
