Most shops that sell chicken feet don’t clean them and many people don’t know where to start. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make the process easy.
Use a fairly blunt knife to scrape off the skin on the top section of the chicken feet.
Dip the part of the feet that still has skin in hot (but not boiling) water for 30 seconds.
Peel off the remaining skin completely.
Use kitchen scissors or a sharp knife to cut off the claws and discard them with the peeled skin.
