Haddock tagliatelle

  • 1 can
    (410 g) chopped tomatoes
  • 2
    ml
    paprika
  • 2
    ml
    chilli powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 60
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 500
    g
    haddock
  • handful of fresh parsley and coriander, chopped
 

Method

1. Heat the tomatoes in a large saucepan, add the paprika, chilli powder, salt and pepper and simmer for a minute. Add the cream and yoghurt and simmer for another minute.

2. Add the herbs, put the fish on top, cover with the lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.

Serve with the pasta.
