Breakfast
Making a batch of muffins is never a bad idea. Especially when they are free of sugar! Try these coconut and blueberry muffins. They're quick and easy and only bake for about 15 minutes. Winning!

Snack
It's always nice to have a slice of cake on hand and this almond and orange torte is perfect for those moments in between meals when you need to nibble. Cut it into pieces and keep in a closed container in the fridge. Simply heat them up when you need that mouthful!

Lunch/dinner
For a hearty, wholesome meal - try these spicy baked green beans with grilled halloumi and basil. Add some chopped bacon pieces for extra oomph!

Dessert
It's Heritage Month and we can't ignore the deliciousness that comes with using rooibos in your cooking - like this rooibos and berry crème brûlée.
