Midweek recipe ideas for low carb cooks - 21 December 2016

Breakfast
Take a few minutes to whip up some grain-free flapjacks. Pair them with a few rashers of bacon or if you're going meat-free, then berries and full cream yoghurt will do the trick too!


Snack
Munch on some sugar-free coconut macaroons and if you want to add some festive flavour to them, simply add a few pinches of all spice or cinnamon. These are heavenly with a cup of tea.



Lunch/dinner

A healthy and protein-packed Summer meal comes in the form of grilled fish and a fresh cucumber, mint and chilli salad. Tip: For the dressing, substitute the sugar with xylitol.
