Breakfast
There’s no better way to start the day than with a tower of flapjacks! Try these that are grain-free. Serve with either bacon or berries.
Snack
Nibble on some orange, poppy seed and almond rusks with your mid morning teas – and yes, they’re grain-free too!
Lunch/dinner
This spinach, leek and feta tart with sweet potato crust will be your new go-to family meal. A simple one-tray bake where you don’t need to do any cooking after popping into the oven!
Dessert
Try a low carb version of Tiramisu – it’s made with chia seeds for texture and is sweetened by xylitol.
