Delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dessert!

Breakfast
Have a loaf of grain-free banana orange sesame bread handy in the freezer for those get-up-and-go mornings! Smear a slice or two with butter and enjoy it with a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee.


Snack
These may look fancy but you can leave the salmon out if you like. Courgette blinis are best eaten the same day so put some time aside to whip these babies up!


Lunch/dinner
Chicken Cacciatore is a real classic and you can't go wrong with its rich tomato-y sauce. Serve with cauliflower mash or rice!

Dessert
We simply love this chocolate coconut 'fudge' that's the ideal treat to curb sugar cravings.
