Ingredients (5)

12x 4 cm watermelon — cubed
6x 3 cm feta cheese — cubed
6 fresh mint
6 wooden skewers
olive oil

Method:

Skewer the mint and feta between two pieces of watermelon. Drizzle with a little olive oil (optional) and serve with a glass of chilled Rosé.
