    beef cubes

    oil

    onion, chopped

    flour

    smoked paprika

    Maggi Original Worcestershire Sauce Lazenby

    garlic clove, minced

    beef stock
  • 1
    tin whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 10

    tomato paste
  • 500
    g
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1
    green pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • salt and pepper

Brown the beef cubes in a sauté pan.
Add the onions and fry off until golden brown.
Add the flour, Maggi Original Worcestershire Sauce Lazenby, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and cook out.
Add the tomatoes, tomato puree and stock and simmer for 45 minutes.
Sauté the potato cubes and green pepper in a separate pan and add to the pot and allow to simmer for ten additional minutes until cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
