Ingredients (10)

100 g butter — melted, browned
nestlé bar-one spread
1 eggs
40 g cream — double thick
5 g salt
455 g sultanas — warmed
60 g breadcrumbs
lemon — zest only
25 ml lemon juice
nuts — chopped

Method:

Mix the butter and Nestlé Bar-One spread with warmed syrup. Add to the eggs, cream and salt and mix together.

Mix the breadcrumbs, lemon zest and juice into the syrup mixture.

Pour approximately 100g of treacle mix into each lined ring, and cook at 150C for approximately 40 minutes or until firm in the centre.

Top with crushed nuts, banana, caramel and clotted cream.
