Bar-One Cambridge Cream

Ingredients

  • 350
    ml
    cream
  • 5
    egg yolks
  • 300
    ml
    Nestle Bar-One Dessert Topping
  • 75
    ml
    sugar
  • 40
    ml
    caster sugar
 

Method

Mix all the ingredients together. Nestle Bar-One Dessert topping.

Cook on the stove on a low heat, until it looks like it’s going to scramble, pass it through a sieve and blend it with a stick blender until smooth.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Sift some castor sugar on the top of the Cambridge cream, using a blow torch caramelize the sugar.
