Ingredients (7)

750 ml wine — dry rose
250 ml apple juice
750 ml strawberry juice — chilled
250 ml soda water — ice cold
Garnish:
250 g strawberries — stem on and sliced in half
chopped
ice

Method:

Mix the liquids in a large glass jug with 3 litre capacity.
Add some ice cubes to chill more and garnish with the strawberries and mint leaves.
