    onion - chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloved -crushed
  • 2
    peppers (1 green and 1 red) diced
  • 4
    carrots - diced
  • 1
    cup
    peas - frozen or canned
  • 1
    kg
    cooked samp
  • packet Royco® Tomato Bredie dry cook in sauce
  • 3
    cup
    water
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion. Add all the chopped vegetables and garlic, and cook for five minutes. Add your cooked samp, close the pot with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the Royco® Cook in Sauce and stir to combine. Season to taste and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Serve with any stew of your choice!
