    chicken breasts - sliced
  • oil for frying

    packet ROYCO® Cottage Pie Cook-in-Sauce
  • 2 - 3
    tomatoes - sliced thickly
  • 120
    g
    feta cheese- crumbled
  • 1
    packet fresh Rocket or Basil leaves
 

Method

20 min
 

Brown chicken breasts in oil. Mix ROYCO® Cottage Pie Cook-in-Sauce with 500 ml hot water and pour over chicken. Cook for a few minutes until thick.

Lay slices of tomato on a plate, spoon over chicken mix and top with feta and fresh rocket or basil leaves. Enjoy!
