    olive oil

    onion - sliced

    plain flour
  • 1
    tsp
    paprika
  • 250
    g
    pork tenderloin - cut into strips
  • 200
    g
    button mushrooms
  • 250
    ml
    reduced salt beef stock
  • 2
    Tbs
    sour cream
  • 2
    Tbs
    chopped fresh parsley
  • buttery mash - to serve
  • 1
    sachet Knorr black pepper sauce
 

Method

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes until softened and golden.

Meanwhile, mix together the flour and paprika and sprinkle over the pork strips.

Add the pork to the pan with the mushrooms and stir for 4–5 minutes until nicely browned and cooked throughout. Add the flavour pot and stock and bring to a simmer.

Remove from the heat. Stir in the soured cream and parsley and serve with mash.
