Fish with garlic crumb topping

    fish fillets
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 300
    ml
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 50
    ml
    Parmesan, grated
  • 50
    ml
    Cheddar, grated
  • 15
    ml
    snipped chives
 

Method

Arrange the fish fillets on a greased baking tray.

Mix together the butter, garlic, bread crumbs, the two cheeses and chives.

Spoon a layer of the crumb mixture over the fish fillets and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the crumbs are golden brown. Serve with potato wedges and salad.
