Place the flour in a bowl. In a jug, whisk together the eggs, butter and milk; add to the flour and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir through the corn kernels, feta and chopped chives. Heat a large frying pan, brush with a little butter. Spoon tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
