Beef fajitas

Easy to make and fuss-free. Roll them up and devour!

  • 4
    flour tortillas
  • sunflower oil for frying
  • 400
    beef strips
  • 5
    ground cumin
  • 5
    ground coriander
  • 5
    minced chilli
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 1
    lemon or lime, juice
  • 4
    lettuce leaves
  • 1
    bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 1
    bunch fresh coriander, washed and chopped
Servings: Change Serving


Warm tortillas according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry beef, adding spices and chilli.
When just cooked, about 2 minutes, add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
Place tortillas on individual plates, arrange lettuce on top and divide meat between them.
Sprinkle with onions and coriander, top with salsa and guacamole and roll into sausage shapes.
