Tuna and sweetcorn quiche

    store-bought baked pastry shell
  • Filling:

    oil

    small onions - chopped
  • 200

    tuna in brine - drained
  • 225

    sweetcorn
  • 2
    eggs - beaten
  • 150
    ml
    cream
  • 2
    ml
    mustard powder
  • 2
    ml
    paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 25
    g
    cheddar cheese - grated
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft. Remove from the heat and add the tuna and sweetcorn.

Pour into the pastry shell. Beat the eggs, cream and seasonings together and pour over the tuna mixture. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
