Tuna and cheese pasta

  • 250
    g
    pasta shapes
  • 250
    ml
    broccoli florets, steamed
  • 200
    g
    solid pack tuna, drained
  • 50
    ml
    finely grated Cheddar cheese
  • 100
    ml
    thin cream
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Cook the pasta in sufficient rapidly boiling salted water until just cooked and drain.

Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients to the hot pasta.

Stir until the cheese has melted and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Serve immediately with green salad if desired.
