Ingredients (6)

1.00 curry sauce — thai green
400.00 g fish — fillet, cubed
200.00 g prawns — cleaned and peeled
6.00 spring onions — thickly chopped
50.00 ml fresh coriander — roughly chopped
0.00 rice — basmati, cooked to serve

Method:

Empty the curry sauce into a saucepan and heat gently for five minutes.

Add the fish and prawns and continue to simmer gently for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally, but be careful not to break up the fish cubes.

Just before serving, stir in the spring onions and coriander. Serve with basmati rice.
