Sweet and sour pork kebabs

Ingredients (10)

10.00 ml sunflower oil
8.00 sausages — pork
1.00 pineapple — wedges
1.00 green pepper — large, cubed
8.00 baby tomatoes — halved
MARINADE
20.00 ml soy sauce
20.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
30.00 ml honey
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
25.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry sausages for about five minutes until lightly browned.

Cut each sausage into three pieces.

Thread sausages, pineapple, green pepper and tomatoes onto skewers.

Mix together marinade ingredients and brush over kebabs to coat well.

Cook under a grill or over medium-hot coals on the braai until vegetables are cooked.

Brush with remaining marinade every few minutes.
