    lamb ribs
  • SAUCE

    honey

    soya sauce
  • 45
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 60
    ml
    orange juice
  • 30
    ml
    brown vinegar
  • 30
    ml
    white wine
  • 4
    cloves garlic - crushed
  • 10
    ml
    mustard powder
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grill ribs on rack of roasting pan for 5 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile mix all sauce ingredients together.

Tip ribs into roasting pan. Pour sauce over and bake for 25 minutes, shaking pan once or twice during the cooking.

Serve with baked potatoes and salad or stir-fried vegetables.
